The firm was first established in 1983 by Mr K S Tan, our principal, as an accountancy practice. In 1990, after obtaining his insolvency licence, the practice was expanded to incorporate the provision of insolvency and business recovery services. Over the years, the firm has dealt with an extensive portfolio of cases including a number of high profile corporate liquidation and individual insolvencies.
